Game Development Progress: Unveiling the Sixth Day


Hey there, fellow gamers and loyal fans! It's been a while since I've posted an update, but don't worry, I haven't abandoned ship. I wanted to take a moment to explain what's been going on with the project lately, and I've got some exciting developments to share.

First things first, I have to confess that I took a much-needed break a few days ago. But right after that, I caught a nasty case of COVID-19, which knocked me out of commission for a whole week. Needless to say, this threw a bit of a wrench into my publishing schedule, but fear not, the game is still chugging along, and I'm here to give you a sneak peek into where we stand.

So, let's dive into the juicy details of the sixth day of gameplay. Just like before, it's split into three parts: morning, afternoon, and night. During the morning of the sixth day, you'll encounter two distinct paths to follow, depending on the choices you've made in previous days.

One path is the one that most players will naturally follow. Here, you'll uncover more about the backstory of some key characters and have the opportunity to retrieve (or not) the final fragment of the Necronomicon. Additionally, you'll finally get to put a face to a crucial character in the storyline.

Now, the other path is a bit of a hidden gem. It's quite tricky to stumble upon, as there are only two specific ways to access it, both of which involve making precise decisions up to this point. Think of it as a secret route, a story I've been itching to tell. It'll reveal more about a specific character, and those who manage to navigate it successfully will reap some pretty sweet rewards. I won't give away any more spoilers – I want you to discover it for yourselves, but hey, no cheating!

Moving on to the afternoon of the sixth day, our protagonist gets a chance to relax and prepare for what lies ahead at night. I've crafted some interesting options for how you can unwind, and I hope you enjoy the variety I'm offering here. Rest assured, it's all programmed, designed, and written, waiting to be experienced.

Talking about the future of the game. I can imagine you have read the changes on the Unity platform. This game uses it but I think we should not worry about that. As the game is free, it shouldn't be affectes. In any case, probably I'll move away from Unity if I develop new games.
